Came in for a no cool call. Outdoor condenser was not running due to a fail, capacitor motor. This occur due to system having to work because evaporated was completely clogged and was now getting proper airflow so system has to overwork to compensate the missing air, damaging system electrical components. House notice the dog was completely caked up, and there was signs of biological growth spreading through system. Also, condensate pump had failed over pouring water inside the crawlspace. Let customer know about these issues and presented options. Customer decided to move forward with repairs, but he is aware that duct work needs to be redone and that air flow in the house will not be as efficient as upstairs system.
