During our visit, the customer showed me to the water heater area where there was an active leak. I quickly noticed the pressure reducing valve was leaking. I spoke with the customer about solutions. Also provided and presented some estimates as well. The customer approved and estimate was work began. A new pressure reducing valve and main shutoff valve were installed in the garage. The failed expansion tank was replaced and installed on a bracket. The water lines that were installed were re-insulated. These repairs were tested for leaks and functionality after completion.
