Customers sewer is backed up and rolling out of left side clean out. He stated that about 5 months ago he ran over the clean out with a lawnmower and then noticed paper collecting around clean out. Attempted to perform camera inspection from two way cleanout, but go only to back towards home. Appears some of the piping that broke fell into the sewer pipe and it is broke below grade.
