Upon arrival, customer notified me that the breaker controlling the HVAC system is currently off. The HVAC system is currently not operating at the moment. Customer notified me that power went off on the home approximately two days ago and then it came back on after it went off. Customer had an HVAC technician come out to take a look at the unit. He stated that everything looked good on their side. They tried to turn the breaker back on, and it instantly turns back off or trips. We will be conducting a diagnosis to determine why this is tripping and provide the customer solution to their issue. We conducted a continuity test on the AC 10 gauge wire and determined that there is no continuity between any of the leads. We tested the breaker without any leads on the breaker attached and getting proper voltage of 240 V going across each shot and 120 V going from hot to ground.
