Removed and disposed of exieting 40 gallon gas water heater. Capped off gas line and exhaust vent. Installed new 50 gallon hybrid electric water heater with all necessary code upgrades. Replaced front hose Bibb with new and installed new dedicated ball valve. Turned water on and tested all work for proper operations and leaks.
