Performed customer 2 system fall (HEAT) home are maintenance check Both systems have two zones. Customer called us out today in regards to the 3rd and 1st floor not heating properly. Stated that these floors seemed to never get to the temperature he set them for. Did full evaluation for system, changed (20x20x4) media filter. Changed zone board to have emergency heat activate off a timer from zone board due to not coming on from thermostat. This did help increase the heating temperature for this system. Blower wheel is dirty, blower motor capacitor tested good, evaporator coil was clean inside system was clean. Condensation pump was working properly. System did not have the proper flood protection and there is no flood protector the primary drain line. Checked outdoor unit, defrost board is working correctly, tested defrost mode and system went into defrost with no issues. Outdoor contact is very pitted, outdoor capacitor tested good with no issues. This system is a single stage syste
