Came out for no cool call on 2024 Air Temp Heat Pump. Upon arrival system has multiple issues. Main issue that customer noticed was system not running at all. Upon checking air handler found pan switch activated and pan full of water. Drain line does not have proper p trap and is not glued at all. When we arrived drain line fully detached from system which caused water to fill up pan. Recommend float switch for added protection. Ductwork also has multiple issues. Supply plenum too small, has supply duct coming off top of plenum then goes into distribution box. None of duct connections sealed properly, ducts have multiple air leaks in attic. Also not sized or ran properly. Air handler is not sitting properly, easily rocks back and forth. Drain line goes to a condensate pump and the vinyl tubing has multiple kinks on the line. Outdoor unit found refrigerant lines running straight from attic with no line-hide and just held together by 2 metal straps drilled straight into siding. Upon chec
