Upon arrival, customer notified me that he used a space heater in each of the bedrooms at the end of the hall in order to accommodate for loss of heat through HVAC system. Customer stated that they lost power to the receptacles in the left bedroom. When he put the breaker back in the on position, power did not get restored to the receptacles. As a preventative measure, he turned power back off at the electrical panel to ensure there was no shorts or hazards taking place in the wall. Customer has partial power in the right bedroom (master). The breaker for this room is on, but we do not have power to two of the receptacles. One is underneath the television and one is located where the space heater was plugged in. We will be going through and checking to see where power was lost and if it’s a simple repair restoring power back to the remainder of the circuit.
