The maintenance guy on Turned the water heater, pat murphy electric turned the oven on, I turned the dryer on, maintenance turned the AC on, and Pat Murphy measured the voltage and amperage at the panel. I went outside tested the voltage and amperage at the main breaker. We got up to 48 A on each leg. But we were not able to re-create the issue of one of the legs dropping out. After inspecting the equipment behind the meter base, we can’t see any signs of burning or damage. Our recommendation is to change out the main breaker..
