came out to a no heat 2020 system. After diagnosing the system I found that the high pressure safety switch has been bypassed. Found the system was low on refrigerant. I hook up gauges to system and found the pressures were equal and the compressor was not running. Used meter to check voltage found the capacitor was good Check continuity on the compressor and found that the compressor is bad. we offered the customer options as well as suggested having and install supervisor come for estimates. called trane for warranty and parts. unit under warranty compressor in stock. pressure switch 5-7 days out. compressor- Com11968 pressure switch - swt03712
