Customer had tripped breaker and no heat. Upon arrival found indoor unit breaker tripped. Breaker is 60 amp breaker and has 7.5kw. System pulling 40 amps. This is not enough to trip a breaker. So while digging deeper we found 60 amp breaker for indoor unit is very hot. This is likely the reason her breaker is tripping due to overheating. Customer agreed to have electrical out to inspect. Customer also wanted to sign up for home care.
