Came out today and performed two system HVAC no heat service call. On arrival customer stated that both systems were not heating. Upon inspection of the upstairs system found very low refrigerant, the outdoor system was much larger than the indoor system, the systems are not properly matched up, the indoor coil is rusty, no TE standard flood protection. Upon inspection of the downstairs system found the heat strips would come on, but the compressor was not turning on, upon further inspection, found the refrigerant lines coming out of the house were severely kinked, the outdoor system is currently larger than the indoor system, the systems are not properly matched up. At this time, customer would like to move forward with getting a quote to replace both systems. Customer is aware that she signed up for the home care and would receive a 5% discount upon updating her system. Neither system is currently operating properly
