Tech was out for noise coming from system. Tech checked system completely out and seen where furnace door was not Screwed in properly. While checking system tech noticed there is no safety switch on the evaporator coil. This will protect home from water damage also there is no wet switch in drain pan there is a safe guard safety in the drain pan but there’s only to take water when drain pan is full of water. Recommend clearing drain lines to verify water is properly flowing. Spoke with customer about EAC filters as well as a whole home air purifier Uv light.
