Provide and install 40/50 Gallon Water heater. Shut off water and breaker, cut inlet and outlet, disconnect electrical whip, remove T&P, install new water heater - which includes: installing appropriately sized drain pan and connecting as necessary, connecting to existing piping using lead free fittings (for an excess of 5ft of pipe), install new thermal expansion tank, installation of a code compliant full port lead free ball valve, reinstall T&P, test unit for function and leaks, clean up and take old unit away.
