Called out to address leaking water stops. Gave customer multiple options for replacement of water stops in the upstairs hallway bathroom, and the upstairs master bathroom. Customer agreed on price and work was started. When customer showed me the main shut off to the house he went to close it, and it started leaking so we have included the replacement of the main shut off. Shut off water at the street and begin work by draining the system. Replace old Main gate valve shut off with a new quarter turn ball valve. Replaced old multiturn water stops in the hallway, bathroom and master bathroom with quarter turn water stops. Once I work with complete reintroduce water to the system, tested all work for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is working properly.
