Customer had a stain in the basement level, bathroom ceiling. Customer agreed for us to open up and expose the ceiling. Sheet rock the master bathroom tub drainage was directly in that area of the ceiling. Was visibly able to see that the overflow seal was not even touching the backside of the tub. It took a cup of water and ran it over the overflow, and immediately had water coming down into the exposed area. Went back upstairs and tightened down.
