Upstairs master bath and guest bathroom toilets would wobble. Gave price to reset toilets and notified homeowner of flange cost if the flange is broken. The Pressure reducing valve was leaking from the nut and original to the home. The shut off valves to the toilets were builder grade and recommend replacing. Shut water off and drained system down. Replaced PRV with watts 3/4 PRV. Pulled and reset toilets and cleaned off flanges. Master bathroom flange had split and failed. Removed failed wax ring and replaced with pvc flange and secured. Installed new wax rings and bolts and reset toilets. Replaced the stops for both toilets. Applied silicone around the base of the toilet, let cure for 24 hours. Replaced section of piping for kitchen drain and tested. Turned water on and tested. Set pressure to 65 psi. Everything is working properly at this time.
