Removed toilet located in the master bathroom to replace broken and improperly installed toilet flange. Removed old flange, installed new toilet flange at the correct height. Set new wax seal and toilet bolts, reset toilet and sealed to flooring. All work completed was tested for leaks and proper functionality.
