Not properly sealed plenums.no Te flood protection. Dirty condenser coil. Contacter is failing ramping high resistance Downstairs unit has dirty filter. Weak pump. No Te flood protection. Dirty condenser coil. Out of tolerance capacitor. Failing contacter is pitted. Recommend joining HomeCare for both systems.
