Came out today to perform one system hvac service call. On arrival customer stated that the system was not producing heat. Upon inspection found the air handler fuse to be blown, after replacing the fuse tested system to insure the fuse would not blow again, manually tested defrost board, heat strips, and all wiring and the fuse did not blow again. Upon further inspection found there was no flood protection on the system, there was no uv protection as well. Also found that the heat strips were too big for the wiring and circuit, customer elected to have electrician come give a quote to run new circuit. At this time system is up and running.
