Came out today due to basement system not heating. Upon inspection of the system found that there was no power. After proceeding to trace back power all the way to the breaker box found customer recently had some electrical work done. Also found busbar on main breaker, burnt and melted. Upon further inspection found that the air handler power from the main breaker had been disconnected from breaker, and there was no unused breaker in there. Upon speaking with homeowner recommended having electrician come out to repair breaker box. At this time, customer agreed to have quote to repair electrical system at this time. Once power is restored to system stated to the customer if system does not work or she wants an inspection to give us a call at that time and we will return, and there will be no service fee due to today’s service fee.
