Arrived to install new supply plenum, spoke with customer about repair and explained there will still be airflow issues even with replacement of supply plenum, highly recommend adding a bypass as well as dumb zone due to duct design, customer declined and just wanted to move forward with supply plenum, removed old plenum, installed new supply plenum, wrapped plenum with insulation and added 2 12” tap ins , secured both dampers and sealed up all air leaks, system is back up and running at time,
