For this job, the customer stated they had a leak coming through the ceiling of the garage, after investigation we found that the toilet in the guest bathroom was leaking from the tank. The homeowner also showed us the master bathroom toilet which was turned off due to the same issue. We cut two holes in the garage ceiling to confirm that the toilet was the issue. The water pressure to the home was also high when we tested the pressure. The customer opted to go ahead and replace both upstairs toilets, and the pressure regulator.
