2 System Inspection Completed full inspection on both the main level and upper level systems. Took temperature readings, checked, refrigerant pressures, inspected blower wheels, heat exchangers, coils, drain lines, and duct work. Took temperature readings at indoor equipment and checked gas pressure. The main level system Furnace is 16 years old and has normal wear and tear for its age. The gas is not up to code on both furnaces and there is no inline drain safety on the upper level system. The condensation pump for the main level was bad, the homeowner approved my estimate to replace it. Replaced the pump and ran new wire to tie in pump safety. The upper level blower motor is going bad and does not start up every time. The main level system is also short on return duct work, recommended adding a 10” return.
