Customer had multiple issues on the property, first issue was that the hot water kept mixing into the cold water at the kitchen sink. We found that there is no check valve for the kitchen faucet. The two out door hose bibs weren’t working, we went into the crawl space and found the water line was capped off to the hose bibs. We installed a new hose bib with a shut up valve next to the garage. The tankless hasn’t been serviced in 2 years and we preform a tankless service. The tankless also had a 2.5 expansion tank which we switched with a smaller expansion tank. Installed condensation pump and proper tmp line
