Homeowner called us out to replaced toilet in half bath. The toilet and flange were removed before arrival. After the initial assessment, we also noticed that pressure to the home was too high and the thermal expansion tank had failed. We installed a brand new Kohler Highline Arc, new toilet flange, Prv and shutoff, and new strapped thermal expansion tank. Tested all work and checked for leaks. The pressure was set to 65psi.
