For this job, the customer stated they had replaced the expansion tanks on top of the water heaters in the basement. After diagnosing the unit that got water in it, I checked the voltage, and both elements, as well as put two new wire nuts on the unit. The two expansion tanks were still leaking, so we installed two new tanks, and strapped both to the wall. We also re installed the hot side so the units would be installed in a parallel.
