They were very professional and incredibly helpful. JR was great! He talked me through everything he found and explained the possible options. My home is very old and when the previous owners renovated they cut a lot of corners. Not only did TE fix the problem I called about but he found a few other things that could have potentially cause bad smells or future problems (pipes that weren’t sealed off, leaky pipes, etc.).
