The daycare had a bathroom and explore room one that was given them issues with the toilet that wasn’t flushing and overflowed, upon arrival I diagnosed it was a soft blockage in the toilet and gave the option to run a cable and have to run the cable. I was able to get the water to drain down and after thoroughly testing the water drain down normally again. Told the customer if he do have issues with that toilet again, I would recommend replacing it with a newer toilet or a pressure assist toilet to prevent soft blockages from happening as frequently
