Came to do repairs for new homeowner now that they closed on home. Removed and cleaned dirty blower wheel and changed bad blower motor capacitor. Made sure drain line was clean. Changed (16x25x1) system filter. Cleaned outdoor condenser coils, changed bad outdoor capacitor and contactor. Started system up and everything working properly. Sent customer remaining estimate for Duct cleaning, adding Uv light air purifier to system, recommend adding wet pan switch to emergency drain pan, and in line float switch to system.
