Arrived on site for a 2 system Homecare. We completed a through inspection of the systems and their performance. We flushed drain lines, replaced filters and tested each unit in heating and cooling. During our inspection we did locate a few items that needed attention. Both condenser coils were very dirty, the downstairs unit had no flood protection, the main floor dual capacitor was out of spec and a rodent chewed control wires to the outdoor unit, restricting the system from turning on. We spoke about the importance of having the systems cleaned and having flood protection and she okayed us to complete some important cleanings. Upon completion we shared with her out be for and after photos and collected signatures and payment before closing out. We helped her with some programming issues on her thermostat and she thanked us for stopping by. Call complete.
