2 System Inspection Cycled each system through heat and cool from the thermostat. Changed both filters, took temperature readings at indoor equipment, blower motors, and coils. Checked and tightened all electrical connections, used multimeter to check all motors, power enhancers, and high wear components. Both systems are operating properly at this time with no immediate issues. No in-line flood protection on main level system, recommend adding this to protect the home and equipment. Also recommend adding BlueTube UV system to the equipment to protect the coil and the home. The main level system is single stage builder grade equipment that is zoned.
