No heat main floor. Found system to have faulty thermostat dropping out randomly with temperature way off and not properly controlling equipment. Main floor system lacks proper sized return air, has minimal flood protection and dirty ac. Inducer motor is noisy but not operating incorrectly. Quoted repairs. Replaced thermostat with customer supplied nest thermostat and also found failed dual capacitor on basement heat pump that was also replaced. Customer signed up for Homecare plan. Tested system in both heat and cool after thermostat replaced to ensure operation
