Came out today for only system no cool service call. Upon arrival found the indoor system was on and blowing warm air and the outdoor system was off. Performed thorough inspection of the system and found rheem outdoor unit from 2018 and gas furnace from 2011. Upon inspection of the outdoor system found there was no power to the disconnect, the outdoor coil was severely clogged, the outdoor contactor, and capacitor are both within range, and standing pressures of refrigerant were OK. Proceeded to turn breaker back on and system came back on. During inspection of the compressor found it is a weak compressor from ohming it out, and system was pulling very high amps. Proceeded to do a full evaluation of the inside system and found a stopped up drain line, no filter in the system, no TE standard flood protection, no current UV protection, a dirty blower will, and evaporator coil was dirty.
