Came install pilot assembly. Upon turning on gas, burner assembly on top and bottom had flamed up. Called Rheem and spoke with associate. Rheem will send out burner assembly, they said the vent assembly is installed incorrectly, and will not send out burner assembly until corrected. Quote was written up for burner assembly replacement and venting assembly correction. Work has been scheduled for 1/9/26 around late afternoon.
