Performed 1 system diagnostic for upstairs unit. Found pan full of water filter recently replace, no sediment trap, dirty blower motor, unit is not in serviceable are due to 2x4 troughs, flue pipe is improper and has air leaks, outdoor units are also fenced in. Home is in the market. Customer declined repairs at this time. Will remove water from pan himself. Unit is cooling as of right now when tested.
