The customer has high amounts of chlorine in the water which is resulting in copper waterlines leaking. The customer was also made aware that their drain lines were very old and there was even a section that was completely open. after going over options with the customer, the customer decided that they would have water and drain lines replaced under the crawlspace only apart from a water repipe under the kitchen sink. as discussed with the customer what we will be doing is installing a water filter in the closet of their choice, which is in the hallway, we will be relocating the main water shut off and pressure reducing valve into that closet, as well as with the water filter. After that, we will re-pipe the water and drain under the crawlspace, eliminating all of the leaking copper, and replacing the cast-iron with PVC. Also, we will be re-piping the water heater and installing the thermal expansion tank to the structure of the home with use of a bracket. The work will be performed on
