The customer had an active leak in their basement. It was leaking in two separate spots. Initially, it was thought to be two active waterlines due to the constant drip with no water flow upstairs. Upon a further diagnostic, I was able to determine that it was a result Of the shower pan leaking. The reason for the change order was I removed one of the active waterline repairs initially included in the estimate. I also discussed with the customer the quality of their water, and the customer chose to go in with the water filtration system, rerouting the main waterline to an accessible spot in the home instead of crawling under there, crawlspace area of the home. I also installed a new main water shut off and pressure reducing valve to ensure full lifespan of the halo water filter we put in today.
