No Heat - 25+ year old Rheem System not heating due to age and multiple failures. The blower motor has failed, the heat exchanger has failed in multiple areas, the inducer motor bearings are shot and the inducer motor is over amping. The blower wheel is 100% impacted with debris, the evaporator coil is 100% impacted with debris, and the flame rectifier is weak. The high limit is burnt and blackened due to the system has been over heating for a while. The AC operates on R-22 refrigerant and is also not working. Due to the age, condition, and not all repairs eligible, I recommended updating the equipment. Also the water heater vent pipe is not properly installed, there needs to be a 4-3 reducer. Right now the 3” water heater vent pipe is stubbed into a 4” opening with tape around it. Pictures and video attached. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day and happy new year!
