Homeowner had issue with upstairs bathroom not properly regulating water temperature. I gave homeowner option to replace the valve due to the existing valve does not pressure balance. We replaced the valve with new Delta multi choice. In addition there was previous work that needed to be addressed. The pressure regulator was replaced and the thermal expansion tank was installed on a bracket. System was pressurized and checked with homeowner for satisfaction.
