Super tune up performed today on a Lennox heat pump package unit installed in 2024. Electrical connections on heat strip electrical control were loose and had burn marks. Repaired the connections under warranty. Ensured all other connections were tight. Refrigerant levels are in range ball amp draws are acceptable. Outdoor unit was washed. There are some major duct leaks. Return duct is sucking in a lot of insulation from under the home. Highly suggest repairing the duct work soon.
