Upon arrival customer stated system would not cool. During evaluation found that the suction side was freezing and refrigerant levels showed low and found that the X-13 BLOWER MOTOR failed. Blower motor was receiving proper high and low voltage. Talked with customer about replacement price and age of the system compared to the benefits of system replacement.
