Upon arrival downstairs had a burn and smoke smell, pulled blower on downstairs unit found our silver tape on the inside of the supply plenum had felon had fell on the heat kit removed silver tape from heat kit made sure nothing else was obstructing or in the way or touching the heat kit ran heat kit for about 15 minutes with no issues and no other burn smells checked upstairs heat kit and found no issues customer was upset and wanted a duct cleaning done talked with Brian h per Brian level 1 duct cleaning to be performed for free talked with Joe and set up for Thursday
