Performed Tune up, checked all components and functionalities of the Airhandler. All components and functions of the Airhandler were acceptable and within manufacture range. UV system is functional but lamp was out and is passed replacement date. Checked all components and functionalities of the Heatpump. All components and functions of the heatpump were acceptable and within manufacture range. Washed condenser coils and removed all debris from the bottom of the unit Recommended UV lamp replacement and clear and treat drain
