For this job, I worked on a heating tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. While the system was functioning, I noticed that UV bulb not working, I notified the customers and they mentioned that they had to replace it in about 2 years, customers mentioned that they will wait till next summer. Adding on, I talked to the customers about our new home and budget membership and the benefits it provides, customers agreed to convert from their last membership to this new one.
