I Proceeded to check the electrical components including the capacitoror, I did not find any components out of spec limits. When ready to check refrigerant cycle the compressor turned on and stayed on during the entirety of the visit. The Delta was a 10. When I gauged up I had both a high superheat and subcool. Suspect faulty TXV and potential other issues including refrigerant. I recommended having rec work done replacing the txv, replacing unit, or adding smaller units in the home for the meanwhile because homeowner stated they were going to build a new house.
