Today we showed up for a plumbing inspection. Upon arrival homeowners are selling their house and had an inspector come out and take a look at everything. The inspector had worries about discoloration and the sheetrock in the garage, there is a bathroom above it. As I got here I opened the meter box and check to see if the dial was spinning, I put a timer on for 5 minutes and it stayed the same. I went upstairs to the master bathroom and flush the toilet about a dozen times, and then walk down the stairs to the garage to make sure that there is no water coming out. And everything was working well. I went back upstairs I filled up the master tub , and drained it. Went back down the stairs to check to see if there was water, and it was still dry. I went back upstairs and filled up the shower pan, and sprayed the walls of the shower. After draining shower I went back downstairs and checked it was still dry no leaks.
