Performed evaluation Upon arrival systems were on Upstairs system delta 19 Downstairs system delta 16 - 5 - 13 Downstairs system has intermittent performance Thermaled indoor coil and found front face cold bottom 1/3 and heat on 2/3 Inside coil the cooling is inverted with top 1/2 cold - and bottom warm On whole face of innter coil - refrigerant lines are not cool Reccomended indoor coil replacement for feeding issue Provided estimate for refrigerant to be done to see system performance up to total of estimate - may not require all Homeowner declined comfort advisor and reccomended repairs until personal home repairs are completed 1st Systems left on cool at exit
