Performed annual boiler tune-up maintenance per agreement. Found system operating with excessive aquastat temperature (210°) causing water to boil and create air in system, and gas pressure set above 4.00. Corrected issues by adjusting aquastat to 180°, reducing gas pressure to 3.48, purging air from radiators, and setting water pressure to 18 psi. Cleaned burners and burner area, adjusted fresh air intake piping for improved operation, and verified system returned to normal operation.
