Responded to ongoing temperature control issue at commercial location where interior temperature rises to 78 degrees, affecting operational requirements. Determined RTU has the same economizer problem identified during previous service call, for which repair estimate was already provided. Discussed with on-site manager the need to implement recommended repairs to maintain proper temperature regulation during cold weather, and manager will attempt to secure landlord approval.
